Domain Terrier began with a promise to make our beloved Cairn Terrier, Dusty, famous. While Dusty has since passed, his tenacious, curious spirit lives on here at Domain Terrier.

I discovered domain names and knew I'd found an exciting and important tool for personal and business branding.

I've run a couple of websites before, during the early days of Web 2.0 when you had to hand-code with HTML—a wellness site and a movie collectables site. They were very basic, but they did the job. I've missed it and am glad to get back online.

Domain Terrier has a curated portfolio of traditional domain names and over 30 Web3 TLDs spanning geographic markets, technology, aviation, and lifestyle sectors. Domains are the foundation of digital identity. They are key to how we present ourselves, how we are found, and how we are remembered.

Today, the Web is evolving from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0. These are exciting times. Web 1.0 was the read-only Internet. Web 2.0 brought us the read-write Internet—dynamic and interactive. The latest evolving version is Web 3.0: the read-write-OWN Internet. Web 3.0 offers true ownership and control over your digital data. Interestingly, traditional domains like .com can now be digitized and function similarly to Web3 domains.

I'm not a blockchain developer or tech guru, though I try to keep up with all the fascinating developments. I'm learning as I go and wish to share what I discover along the way.
